'A woman's heart should be so hidden in Christ
that a man should have to seek Him first to find her.'
When I say... 'I am a Christian' I'm not shouting 'I'm clean livin'
I'm whispering 'I was lost, Now I'm found and forgiven.'
When I say... 'I am a Christian' I don't speak of this with pride.
I'm confessing that I stumble and need Christ to be my guide.
When I say... 'I am a Christian' I'm not trying to be strong.
I'm professing that I'm weak and need His strength to carry on.
When I say... 'I am a Christian' I'm not bragging of success.
I'm admitting I have failed and need God to clean my mess.
When I say... 'I am a Christian' I'm not claiming to be perfect,
My flaws are far too visible but, God believes I am worth it.
When I say... 'I am a Christian' I still feel the sting of pain..
I have my share of heartaches, so I call upon His name.
When I say... 'I am a Christian' I'm not holier than thou,
I'm just a simple sinner Who received God's good grace, somehow!
Pretty is as Pretty does... but beautiful is just plain beautiful!

Sometimes I just want to stay in bed. Not face the day, the trials, the headaches. Just for get it all. It seems that nothing goes right. I fight, and fight the enemy daily. But if I didn't get out of bed and fight, if I didn't pray...I just think of how much worse things would be. ....
Sometimes I feel like not reading my Bible, not praise singing, maybe not even bother leaving the house, not doing anything and just sit and stare at the wall....but that wouldn't make things any better.....
Sometimes I just want to give up, I'm not perfect...I was thinking, you may look at my profile and think I've got it all together, I'm always happy, I live exactly the way I should, never think or say anything I shouldn't, but I'm human like everyone else. I just try to look like everything is perfect....
But if I stopped fighting, praying, singing, reading God's Word, witnessing, living...what would that accomplish? I would be letting the stupid devil win. I WON'T DO THAT!!!!
I WILL NEVER STOP, getting out of bed each day, praying, reading my Bible, praising and thanking God for his many blessings.
I will never stop, singing, fellowshiping with my brothers and sisters, and witnessing.
I will never give up!!! God has brought me way to far to turn around! It's not easy. It's not supposed to be easy. People ask, 'why do bad things happen?' Why does God let things happen? Because if everything was perfect we wouldn't need Heaven. Adam and Eve brought sin into the world and God loved us enough to die for us and to prepare a place so we could escape all this junk. No, it isn't easy, but we've gotta fight. Like my favorite song says...
The weapons we use are not bombs and guns,
worship is the way that the battle is won,
this is the way that we fight,
we praise him for the victory!!!!!

Can't stop praising his name,
i just can't stop, praising his name
i just cant stop praising the name, 'JESUS'!!!
Can't stop praising his name,
i just can't stop, praising his name
i just cant stop praising the name, 'JESUS'!!!
Can't stop praising his name,
i just can't stop, praising his name
i just cant stop praising the name, 'JESUS'!!!

I used to LOVE to write. I could just keep writing and never stop. Now, I can't think of anything to write about. My mind goes blank, so I decided to just dive in and start writing and maybe it'll come back to me! LOL Ok, here we go......
*UPDATES*
JAZZY::: Jazlynn is a year and a half now.....She is getting sooo big! She says a lot of words now.......Mamma, Daddy, Papa, potty :-), funny, down, cookie, OOHH YEAH! (that one is sooo cute!).....I can't think of all of them right now. She says Bible!!! Her favorite song is 'Jesus Loves Me'. When I'm putting her to sleep she'll start singing 'Bible, Bible, Bible' that means 'Jesus Loves Me' (for the Bible tells me so)
She has actually went potty a few times!!! I can't hardly get her to leave her diaper on. She'll hand it to me and say potty.
She LOOOVVVES broccoli! She also likes black olives, cucumbers, pizza, hot dogs, peas & carrots....sometimes it's hard to get her to eat.
She loves to climb! She will climb up on the back of the couch and try to get a picture off the wall! LOL She climbs on the computer desk.
She LOVES Barney! We watch that ALL THE TIME...it drives me CRAZY sometimes! LOL
She likes to draw and color, play with balls, oh and she loves baby dolls and stuffed animals...she calls them all 'baby'. :-) She can get mad and have little fits but I LOVE HER!!!!
ANTHONY:::: He doesn't have a job right now...he's looking for one so please pray. **I LOVE YOU, ANTHONY!!!!**
ME::: There's not as much to say about us.LOL hhmmm......I've been on the Praise Team for about 2 months now. It's fun but kinda scary sometimes. I help with our Sunday School....I do check in, Daughters of Zion(first Monday of every month), and Anthony and I help clean the church.
I just got a washer and dryer so I've been doing a LOT of laundry!!!! I'm having fun!!!!LOL I'm on Everyones Apostolic quite a bit. I have a really good friend that I met on there. Her name is Alison and we talk about everything. I have a lot of fun over there!
I'm trying to get my hair to grow so I've been doin all kinds of things...I've stopped using hot stock, blow dryer, anything with heat for now and I am taking a vitamin called Biotin. I am using different conditioners and homemade stuff. Even if my hair never grows at least it's healthy. I can tell the difference...it's a lot shinier & softer, and less frizzy. And my nails don't break now. They look a lot better! LOL

What Did I Do Today?
The bed got made around 3:30.
The diapers soaked a little longer,
The odor grew a little stronger.
The crumbs I spilled the day before
Are staring at me from the floor.
The fingerprints there on the wall
Will likely be there still next fall.
The dirty streaks on those windowpanes
Will still be there next time it rains.
Shame on you, you sit and say,
Just what did you do today?
I held a baby till she slept,
I held a toddler while she wept.
I played a game of hide and seek,
I squeezed a toy so it would squeak.
I pulled a wagon, sang a song,
Taught a child right from wrong.
What did I do this whole day through?
Not much that shows, I guess that's true.
Unless you think that what I've done,
Might be important to someone
With deep brown eyes and soft brown hair,
If that is true...I've done my share.
